1.This was my regular Botox treatment ( forehead, eyes) .
2. Had 4 very noticeable bruises on forehead after treatment.
3. Had 2 ( and still have) needle pinpoints in forehead where bruises are.
4. Had to try and cover with make-up for flying trips this past week and social events this weekend. However, bruises were still noticeable. Never had so many bruises from botox.
5. I felt that everyone in office were very “rushed” with non-stop appts. I was concerned that Botox treatment was rushed and led to reduced needle change. It was slightly uncomfortable as the normal time not spent to avoid bruising.
6. I am very tolerant when a bruise happens, but to have 4 prominent forehead bruises and 2 evident pinpoint holes is concerning.
7. My Hydription appt went well but it seemed everyone confused on what my appt time for each was. Original was 1 pm hydription and 2 pm botox. Then got switched day before. Then email saying I had hydription at 1 pm and 2 pm. No confirmation for botox appt.
8. I have been client for 18 years. My observation was that there are too many bookings that day and rushing /confusion.This resulted in my rushed Botox appt ( not 30 min appt. More like 10-15 min).
9. Although disappointed with my Botox treatment that day, I remain a loyal client.
10. This is my honest review. Thank you.
